REFUND POLICY

Thank you for choosing our products! Your satisfaction with your purchase is our priority, so we’ve simplified our return policy to make the process clear and stress-free.

1. Which Returns Are Accepted?

  • You may request a return within 30 calendar days of your package’s delivery date, as confirmed by tracking information.

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused state. This means all original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories must remain intact—items showing wear, damage, or modifications will not be approved.

  • Some items cannot be returned due to safety, hygiene, or customization rules. These include personalized products, perishable goods, intimate apparel, and opened skincare or cosmetic items. A full list of non-returnable items is available on each product’s detail page.

2. How to Start a Return

  1. Submit a Return Request: Before sending any items back, contact our customer service team via [email/online form]. Include your order number, the name of the item(s) you want to return, and a short reason for the request. We’ll review it within 2 business days and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number if approved.

  2. Prepare Your Shipment: Pack eligible items securely—we recommend using the original packaging if you still have it. Clearly mark the RA number on the outer package. Note: Returns sent without an RA number may be rejected or delayed.

  3. Ship the Item Back: You are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping, unless the return is caused by our mistake (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product). Keep the return tracking number for reference—we are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.

3. What to Know About Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s) (usually within 3–5 business days of arrival at our warehouse) and confirm eligibility, we’ll process your refund. Refunds go back to your original payment method, and processing times vary by provider (typically 5–10 business days).

  • Exchanges: If you want to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or color), specify your desired replacement in your return request. Exchanges depend on stock availability—if the requested item is out of stock, we’ll automatically process a refund instead.

  • Deductions: For returns based on customer preference (e.g., change of mind), a small restocking fee (up to 10% of the item’s purchase price) may be deducted from your refund. No restocking fees apply to returns caused by our errors or defective products.
